Hi!! Welcome to this page. I'm happy you're here. :) I'm Michelle and currently you can find me in Lisbon, Portugal. 

Because of the pandemic I've decided to teach mainly online this year in an attempt to help contain the spread of the virus. I really miss feeling the beautiful energy of a room full of practitioners, but you do what you gotta do.

Having said that, in-person private one-to-one sessions are still possible and available.

As for the live online courses, Prana Vashya (hatha-vinyasa) is the style of yoga that I teach and you can find all the information about the intensives I offer both for beginners and intermediate students here.

I recommend that you also have a look at this page to get an idea of what Prana Vashya is, the intention behind this practice, and what the primary series looks like.

I hope we meet soon and that I get the chance to share with you the beautiful practices I've been learning along this journey.
