I'm a prana vashya yoga teacher for people who want to build mental resilience and feel good in their own unique bodies.

We often don't realize just how strong and resilient we really are. My mission at present is to show you your strength and support your journey towards health & happiness.

I am known for my gentle yet powerful approach to teaching. I am very dedicated to my work and students and expect a good amount of dedication from them as well as I know that's how long-term results are achieved.

PRANA VASHYA YOGA INTENSIVES

2-week & 4-week intensive programs for mental and physical resilience.

4-week Beginners (40 hrs)

2-week Intermediate (15hrs)

4-week Intermediate (30 hrs)*

*the 4-week Intermediate Intensive includes Back Strength & Flexibility classes as well as Pranayama Sessions in the last two weeks.

BACK STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM

2-week intensive program for developing spine stability and mobility.
