The Prana Vashya Yoga system is without a doubt the practice I have come across that best supports the health of my mind! Although physically challenging this practice's main goal is the achievement of mental resilience - quality we all had I truly believe would change the world.

INTRODUCTION TO THE SYSTEM

If you've never practiced Prana Vashya before, even if you're an experienced yogi, you will have to start with either the "Introduction to the System" or the "Full-On Experience 1". 

The "Full-On Experience 1" is an extension of the "Introduction to the System". If you didn't resonate with this practice, that's it, you did the two-week introduction, you tried something new, you reaped some physical and mental benefits (it's an introduction but still quite intense) but you don't have to practice Prana Vashya ever again if you don't want to.

If on the contrary during the two weeks of introduction you already started to feel positive changes not only in your practice but in how you experience your day to day life, you will definitely want to continue for another  two weeks (completing a total of 4 weeks of intense practices). This will allow you to fully experience the benefits this practice has to offer. Read about the benefits of this practice here. You can of course register for the "Full-On Experience 1" directly if that's what makes sense to you (this is what I would recommend).

By the time you finish the beginner programs, you're not really a beginner anymore. If you then wish to deepen your practice or have my support in keeping up with your practice you have two options.

Number one is the Full-On experience 2, a 4-week intensive in which we spend the first two weeks practicing the full Prana Vashya sequence daily and the last two we alternate our practices between the PV sequence, spine strengthening sequences and pranayama (breathing exercises).

Whenever none of the above programs is taking place, option number two is the regular led online classes so you don't lose what you've gained and can continue with your practice. 

Note: the "Full-On Experience 1 & 2" are experiences like no other. I fully recommend that you try them. They both feel like a reset to your body and mind. Think of it as a full body and mind detox. It's pretty powerful!

  • Introduction to the system and basic procedures.

  • Break down each posture and intention behind them.

  • Attribution of personalized variations according to the practitioner's own anatomical structure and needs.

  • Practice of the full 90-minute Prana Vashya sequence on the last day of the program.

By the end of the program you will have learned the basics of the PV system. You will have gained an understanding of what this practice is all about. If this practice resonates with you and you are feeling a positive change in your practice and day to day life I recommend that you complete 2 more weeks finishing the "Full-On Experience 1" (check below).

The FULL-ON experience 1

4-week intensive

40-hour program for mental & physical resilience   FOR BEGINNER STUDENTS

WEEKS 1 & 2 | introducing the system

  • Introduction to the system and basic procedures.

  • Break down each posture and intention behind them.

  • Attribution of personalized variations according to the practitioner's own anatomical structure and needs.

  • Led practice of the full 90-minute Prana Vashya sequence on the last day of the 2nd week.

 

WEEKS 3 & 4 | integrating the system

  • Experiencing the mental, physical and physiological benefits of the system by practicing the full 90-min. PV sequence daily.

  • Detailed feedback on what to focus on is provided so that you can continue to improve your practice if you choose to carry on practicing, either at home (self-practice) or with us.

The FULL-ON experience 2

4-week intensive

40-hour program for mental & physical resilience   FOR INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS

WEEKS 1 & 2 | daily PV sequence practice

  • Experiencing the mental, physical and physiological benefits of the system by practicing the full 90-min. PV sequence daily.

WEEKS 3 & 4 | adding breathing exercises and spine strengthening sequences

Mon: Full PV Sequence practice 

Tue: Spine Strength & Flexibility sequence 

Wed: PV short sequence + Pranayama 

Thu: Spine Strength & Flexibility sequence 

Fri: Full PV Sequence practice 

Spine Strength & Flexibility these sequences vary and have the goal to release accumulated tension from the anterior line of the body, strengthen and develop core muscles, increase proprioception, and joint stability.

Pranayama set sequence of breathing exercises that help us stay in control of mind patterns, as well as increase the quality of our respiratory system. 

This program is for practitioners who have attended a PV program with me (either in a group or private one-to-one setting), Vinay or any other certified PV teacher. Practitioners are expected to have a solid understanding of the PV basic concepts.

This course requires a minimum of 5 participants.

Keeping Up With Your Practice

2-week Led classes

3 classes per week

Pack of 6 Prana Vashya Led Classes equivalent to 12 hours of practice 

FOR INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS

CLASS STRUCTURE

starting prayers + 90 min PV practice + guided shavasana + finishing prayer

Last class of this pack is dedicated to a shorter practice + feedback/discussion based on my observation of the specific group of practitioners that has attended that batch. This is so practitioners know what to work/focus on if they choose to continue practicing the system.
