4-Week Series Announcement

The best surprise of this year has definitely been finding out that I'm pregnant!

I'm in my 5th month of pregnancy and have been training to become a Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher with the beautiful school Bliss Baby Yoga from Australia for the past month.

 

Yoga has been an incredible tool in helping me navigate the rollercoaster that a pregnancy can be. And although my main motivation in enrolling in the Prenatal & Postnatal TTC having been to more deeply understand this stage of life that I find myself in I believe that whatever good we learn it is to be shared.

 

I'm happy to announce that I'll be offering a 4-Week Prenatal Yoga Series throughout the month of November for all pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters

EASY BREATHING

  • Asana Practice - Focus: side-body stretches

  • Restorative Postures

  • Visualization

  • Long Exhalations Practice

SESSION 3 - Sunday, Nov. 15th - 10am to 12pm

STABILIZING & TONING

  • Joint Freeing Series

  • Sun Salutations

  • Asana Practice - Focus: pelvic & sacral joints + pelvic floor + transversus abdominis

  • Restorative Postures

  • Brahmari Pranayama

  • Active Birth Movement

  • Active Birth Positions

SESSION 4 - Sunday, Nov. 22nd - 10am to 12pm

RELEASING

  • Joint Freeing Series

  • Sun Salutations

  • Asana Practice - Focus: quads + psoas + hips

  • Restorative Postures

  • Pelvic Floor Toning Practices, Squating, and Kegels

After each session you will receive on your email a pdf with the sequence and a description of the tools we practice that day. This way you can continue to practice on your own throughout the week until we meet again the following Sunday.
