HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

This program is both in person or on zoom and online via this website.

IN PERSON AND ZOOM

We will meet every day from Monday to Friday for a guided Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga session. In these sessions we will take care of our body by practicing sequences of yoga postures that benefit our overall health. Sessions also include practices to support our journey to a calmer, happier, healthier self: meditation, breathing exercises, visualization, and more. 

WEBSITE

You will continue your journey at home where you will have access to exclusive online content. This includes videos and pdfs with practical information and exercises you can choose from to add to your life. Check below for the online weekly content.
