1-week Intensive of yoga inspired sequences that improve strength and mobility

YOGA 4 STRENGTH

Improve STRENGTH & MOBILITY while decreasing your risk of injury.

One week of Yoga inspired sequences that build physical strength.

Each day we focus on a different part of the body.

DAY 1 > LOWER BACK

DAY 2 > HIPS & HAMSTRINGS

DAY 3 > CORE 

DAY 4 > SPINAL MOBILITY

DAY 5 > UPPER BODY

During sessions we will be using a block and a strap as props for some exercises.

The unpopular truth is that strength takes time (years) to build.
One week of Yoga 4 Strength will not make you strong, but it will inspire you to start working on yourself. You will learn in detail a great selection of exercises (I've chosen only the best for these sessions) that you can then incorporate in your own practice.
